I am the Managing Partner of The Ministers Law Hub LP (TMLH LP), a full-service commercial law firm, where I lead the Dispute Resolution and Commercial Law Practice Group. I provide legal direction and strategic oversight on a wide range of complex legal matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
My career has been shaped by a combination of rigorous legal practice, continuing legal education, and certifications in alternative dispute resolution. I have cultivated extensive expertise in Corporate Finance, Commercial Transactions, Employment and Labour Law, Humanitarian and Criminal Law, and Real Estate Advisory.
As a litigation counsel, I regularly appear before all superior courts of record in Nigeria. I am deeply committed to access to justice and social impact, and I frequently provide pro bono representation to indigent and underserved members of society, particularly in the enforcement of their fundamental rights.
Beyond courtroom advocacy, I also serve as a legal adviser and corporate governance consultant to several private limited liability companies and non-governmental organizations. I currently sit on the boards of various entities where I contribute legal and regulatory guidance at a strategic level. I obtained my LL.B from Madonna University and was duly called to the Nigerian Bar.
